A list of <br /> job titles for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste management with the name of the <br /> employee filling each job,a written job description for each position, a description of the type and amount <br /> of training for each position, and a roster of the employees that have completed training will be provided <br /> to the County Environmental Health Department by April 15, 2021. <br /> Violation 124 - Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) <br /> ❑ Corrected <br /> ❑ Violation Corrected by: <br /> ❑ Supporting Documents Included <br /> Corrective Action:Wash water waste was sampled by Clean Harbors on June 23,2020.Attached analytical <br /> results supported a non-hazardous waste determination.Quest asserts that non-hazardous wash water waste <br /> was treated onsite. As a precaution, Quest halted operation of the evaporator as of November 4, 2020, to <br /> further investigate the process. If further characterization at the point of waste generation results in a <br /> hazardous waste determination, Quest will obtain hazardous waste treatment permit coverage prior to <br /> starting operation of the evaporator unit and will update their information accordingly on the CERS website. <br /> Violation 201 - Transported or transferred hazardous waste to a transporter without valid <br /> registration <br /> 0 Corrected <br /> ❑ Violation Corrected by: <br /> ❑ Supporting Documents Included <br /> Corrective Action: Used paint booth filter media is bagged and accumulated in dedicated hazardous waste <br /> containers while Quest awaits waste characterization information. The material will be characterized,then <br /> managed and disposed of in a manner consistent with regulatory requirements that apply to the waste,based <br /> upon the waste determination. Supporting documentation for the waste determination will be maintained <br /> onsite. In the interim,this waste will be disposed of by Clean Harbors, a licensed and registered hazardous <br /> waste hauler as non-RCRA hazardous waste based upon current generator knowledge. <br />
