Increased supervisory and personnel training will ensure that this error will not occur again. <br /> MFS submittal of scheduled and completed supervisory and personnel training will be submitted to show corrective <br /> actions have been initiated. <br /> Violation#303-Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems,spill control,or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> IN This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): October 2, 2021 <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: The noted eye wash station was corrected to <br /> supply adequate pressure (picture) and the residual material in the secondary containment was cleared and <br /> propoperly disposed of. MFS Stockton will maintain all communication and alarm systems, spill control and <br /> decontamination equipment.
