In addition, the Facility maintains daily <br /> inspection logs that will note deficiencies. Daily inspections and increased supervisory and operation personnel <br /> training should help minimize and eliminate future excursions of regulatory requirements. <br /> Violation#509-Failed to immediately respond to spills and leaks from hazardous waste tank system. <br /> This violation was corrected ®This violation will be corrected by(date): October 2, 2021 <br /> IX Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: MFS has replaced the leaking hose in the CIX <br /> pump. The Pump has been cleaned. A picture is provided. Daily inspection logs should note and replacement/ <br /> repair activities should be scheduled immediately at the earliest system shutdown of activities.
