Ion Exchange (DI Water) System: Carbon Backwash, Anion Regeneration, Cation Regeneration. <br />2. Adhesive Bond Process Line: Stage 2 - Degrease Rinse, Stage 3 - RO Rinse, Stage 5 - Deoxidize Rinse, Stage 6 - Ra Rinse, <br />Stage 8 - RQ Rinse, Stage 9 - RO Rinse. <br />Discharge from the following sources is prohibited: <br />1. Adhesive Bond Process Line: Stage 1 - Degrease Dip, Stage 4 - Deoxidize Bath, Stage 7 - Gard obend Bath. <br />- Permittee shall fully comply with alt provisions, limitations, and requirements contained in this Wastewater Discharge Permit, <br />Including all attachments, references, General Permit Conditions and Self -Monitoring Sample Program. <br />Pennittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code Sections 13.08 and 13.12; <br />and 40 CFR Parts 136, 403 and 433. <br />- Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all applicable local, state and federal regulations <br />including subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and 40 CFR parts 260 through 271. <br />Permittee shall submit monthly self-monitoring reports to the City of Stockton Environmental Control section no later than the 10th day <br />of the month fallowing the reporting period. <br />The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br />Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br />significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or deviate from <br />the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE October 1, 2018 <br />IarI$ J V <br />&Tt D <br />POST PERMIT IN PLAIN VIEW <br />EXPIRAT 10N DATE April 30, 2023 <br />APPROVED 6Y: <br />Director of Munici al Uti sties <br />
