Pretreatment Industrial Users <br />General Permit Conditions Page <br />5of14 <br />n. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of multiple times per week shall be performed <br />during each weekly period of Sunday through Saturday at an appropriate interval, <br />subject to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. <br />o. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per week shall be performed once <br />during each weekly period of Sunday through Saturday, at an approximate seven <br />(T) day interval, subject to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control <br />Section. <br />P. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of twice per month shall be performed once <br />during the first half of each calendar month (1 st through 15th), and once during the <br />second half of each calendar month (15th through end of month), at an <br />approximate fifteen (15) day interval, subject to approval by the City of Stockton <br />Environmental Control Section. <br />q. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per month shall be performed once <br />during each calendar month, at an approximate thirty (30) day interval, subject to <br />approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. <br />r. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per three (3) months shall be <br />performed once during January to March, once during April to June, once during <br />July to September and once during October to December, at an approximate three <br />(3) month interval, subject to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental <br />Control Section. <br />Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per six (6) months shall be performed <br />once during January to June and once during oval b theCity approximate p <br />six (5) month interval, subject to app Y Y of Stockton En <br />Control Section. <br />Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per year shall be performed once <br />during January to December, at an approximate twelve (12) month interval, subject <br />to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. <br />Permittee shall devise a schedule of rotating days for sampling purposes, subject <br />to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. An example of <br />rotating days for once per week would be Monday of the first week, Tuesday of the <br />second week, Wednesday of the third week, etc. An example of rotating days for <br />once per month would be Monday of the first week for the first month, Tuesday of <br />the second week of the second month. Wednesday of the third week of the third <br />month, etc. <br />15. The permittee shall maintain a perfect bound operational log book with sequentially <br />numbered pages for documenting dailyoperations, maintenance and effluent discharge. <br />The operational log shall list the date, time, and volume of wastewater discharged to <br />sanitary sewer and the treatment operator responsible for handling daily wastewater <br />responsibilities. This log book shall include all characteristics of the wastewater <br />
