Self-monitoring sample frequencies of multiple times per week shall be performed during each weekly period of Sunday through Saturday at an appropriate interval, subject to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. o. Self-monitoring sample frequencies of once per week shall be performed once during each weekly period of Sunday through Saturday, at an approximate seven (T) day interval, subject to approval by the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section. The permittee shall maintain a perfect bound operational log book with sequentially numbered pages for documenting dailyoperations, maintenance and effluent discharge. The operational log shall list the date, time, and volume of wastewater discharged to sanitary sewer and the treatment operator responsible for handling daily wastewater responsibilities.
