These <br />characteristics shall include, but not limited to, flow volume, flaw rate, and pH values. In <br />addition, the log book shall list the date, time, and volume of any effluent which is found <br />to contain wastewater which is determined to be unacceptable for discharge to the sewer. <br />The final disposition or disposal of ail wastewater found to be unacceptable for discharge <br />to the sewer shall also be included in the log book. <br />15. Permittee shall perform all required quality assurance and control procedures as <br />contained within the City of Stockton, Department of Municipal Utilities, Quality Assurance <br />Manual for Self -Monitored Industries in conjunction with the permittee's Self -Monitoring <br />Sample Program. <br />17. The City may use either grab samples or composite samples for the determination of <br />compliance with local limitations and other applicable limits. <br />18. Permittee shall notify the City of Stockton, Environmental Control Office, within 24 hours <br />of discovery of any violation of Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standards, State, local <br />limitations or any other condition contained in this permit. Notifications can be made either <br />in person, by telephone or email. Text messaging is not acceptable. Permittee shall repeat <br />sampling and pollutant analysis for those parameters which exceeded limitation <br />requirements within 30 calendar days after becoming aware of the initial violation and any <br />repeat violations. Permittee shall submit, in writing, the results of all repeat sampling. <br />Permittee shall also report all steps taken or to be taken to reduce, eliminate, and prevent _ <br />recurrence of such violations. Any instances of failure to report violations by the permittee <br />may result in the issuance of maximum enforcement actions allowed by the Stockton <br />Municipal Code. <br />19. Permittee shall comply with all reporting requirements contained within the Federal <br />Pretreatment Regulations (40 CFR 403) and within the specific requirements of this permit. <br />At a minimum, unless otherwise specified in this wastewater discharge permit, the <br />following reporting requirements shall apply: <br />a. Monthly Reporting: Reports shall be submitted to the City of Stockton <br />Environmental Control section no later than the 10th day of the following month for <br />which monitoring was conducted. If the 10th day of the month falls on a weekend <br />or federal holiday, the report is due on the next regular business day. Reports shall <br />include data specific to the calendar month and shall include data for the entire <br />calendar month. Complete laboratory documentation, including quality control <br />data, for all sampling performed during the reporting period is required to be <br />submitted. <br />b. Semi-annual Reporting: Reports shall be submitted to the City of Stockton <br />Environmental Control section no later than the 10th day of January and July of <br />each year (for the previous six-month period). If the 10th day of January or July <br />falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the report is due on the next regular business <br />day, Reports shall include data specific to the six-month period and shall include <br />data for the entire six-month period.
