METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br />SCOPE OF THE WASTE ANALYSIS PLAN <br />The purpose of the written Waste Analysis Plan is to ensure that sampling and analysis of the Metal <br />Finishing Solutions, Inc.'s hazardous wastes, resultant effluents and residues are performed according to <br />standard accepted practices. Furthermore, the Waste Analysis Plan will ensure compliance with facility <br />permit regulations and will provide accurate descriptions of the wastes so that they can be properly and <br />safely managed. <br />The Waste Analysis Plan is required by Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Section 66265.113(b) as <br />referenced by Section 67450.3(c)(8). The Plan is required because the company treats, stores and <br />disposes of hazardous waste, and the Plan must include: <br />• 22 CCR 66265.13(b)(1) <br />o Parameters to be analyzed and a rationale for selection of those parameters <br />• 22 CCR 66265.13(b)(2) <br />o Test methods to be used in the analyses <br />• 22 CCR 6626513(b)(3) <br />o Sampling methods to be used to obtain a representative sample <br />• 22 CCR 66265 (b)(3) <br />o Frequency of analysis <br />1325 EI Pinal Drive Stockton, CA 95205 Tel (209) 798-9328 <br />
