METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br />TEST METHODS <br />All of the samples that Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. collects for analyses in support of this Waste <br />Analysis Plan will be analyzed in accordance with "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, <br />Physical/Chemical Methods", SW -846, 3rd edition, 1986, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and <br />the "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater", 21 st Edition, 2005. The following <br />specific analytical methods will be used: <br />• PH: Method 45001-1 <br />• CAM — 17 Metals: EPA Method 200.8 <br />• Mercury: EPA Method 245.1 <br />• Fluoride: EPA Method 300.0 <br />The analytical parameters shown in Exhibit 1 will correctly identify the hazardous wastes generated at the <br />facility. In addition, the company's knowledge of the chemical constituents of the materials used in the <br />facility will also provide information that will assist in the proper identification of hazardous wastes at the <br />facility. <br />The wastewater that is treated in the waste treatment system comes only from the process line area. <br />Therefore, the constituents in the wastewater will be limited to the same metals and pH range listed <br />above. <br />1325 EI Pinal Drive Stockton, CA 95205 Tel (209) 798-9328 <br />
