METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br />DOCUMENTATION & RECORDKEEPING <br />The sampling and analysis of hazardous wastes from Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. will require the <br />following records: <br />• This Waste Analysis Plan <br />• Sample logbook for the recording of all samples taken <br />• Sample labels to properly identify each sample <br />• Chain -of -custody forms to document proper sample handing <br />• Analytical results from the testing laboratory including QA/QC information <br />• Correspondence with agencies related to the sampling and analysis of hazardous waste at the <br />facility <br />• Hazardous waste treatment logs to properly document the onsite treatment of wastewater from the <br />process line area <br />Manifest records for the ultimate disposal of hazardous waste offsite. <br />Records related to waste analysis should be maintained onsite for a period of at least three years.
