MORRIS
SHAFFER
Page 2 of 17 E N G I N E E R I N G
Our system integrity assessment consisted of a visual inspection of the tanks, associated piping, mechanical
pumps, and the secondary containment berm. At the time of inspection, the above mentioned tanks were filled;
therefore, we were unable to inspect the inside of the tanks. While our external inspection of the tanks
concluded that the tanks appeared to be in good condition, we recommend that an internal inspection of the
tanks be completed when it is feasible. No leak tests, internal inspection, or other tank system integrity
examination (i.e., ultrasonic, volumetric tank test, pipeline pressure, etc) were performed.
I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or
supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate
the information submitted.
