The tanks are a double- wall steel tank which sits on a concrete pad. Each steel tank is within a reinforced vault to provide 2- hour fire protection, ballistic and vehicle impact protection.The interstice consists of Monolithic Thermal Insulation which provides containment and Leak Detection. Fireguard Tanks sits on steel footings and is seismically secured with bolts to the concrete pad they sit on. The gasoline tank stores 8,000 gallons and the diesel tank stores 2,000 gallons. Each tank has its own dispenser which are used to dispense the fuel. The dispensers require fuel key fobs for operation to prevent unauthorized activation. Page 1 10
