This Workplan will be submitted to the <br />lead oversight agency (the San Joaquin 'County Environmental Health Department [SJCEHD]) as <br />a part of the well permitting process. <br />A Vicinity Map showing the location of the subject property is presented as Plate 1. Plate 2 is a <br />Site Map showing the layout of the property, the planned building at the site, and the location of <br />SGMWI. A detail drawing shown the planned configuration of the replacement soil gas <br />monitoring well is presented as Plate 3. Background information regarding the property was <br />presented in a Workplan for the original installation of SGMW 1, and is not reiterated herein.) <br />REINSTALLATION OF SGMWl <br />Soil gas monitoring well SGMW 1 was recently damaged by construction equipment at the site; the <br />monument riser was struck by heavy' equipment and dislodged from the well resulting in the <br />damage/fracturing of the 2 -inch diameter PVC well casing.
