CAC SECTION OBSERVATIONS RESULT <br /> 17647 Training. Juan Rodrigez has been working at the C <br /> site for four years and Carl Maxwell <br /> has worked at the site for 2 1/2 <br /> years. They were both trained by the <br /> previous operator and train all new <br /> employees . <br /> 17648 Supervision. Carl Maxwell was the acting supervisor C <br /> on the day of my inspection. He was <br /> on site during all operating hours. <br /> 17649 Site Attendant . Vickey Cochevar was the attendant on C <br /> the day of my inspection. She left <br /> early because she was sick and was <br /> relieved by the part time operator . <br /> DISPOSAL SITE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> 17656 I .D. Signs. Identification signs were present at C <br /> the site entrance and included the <br /> name of the operator . (See photo <br /> 1-1-4 ) . <br /> 17657 Entry Signs. Entry signs were present at the site C <br /> entrance and included hours of <br /> operation, schedule of fees, wastes <br /> accepted and not accepted, no <br /> salvaging and road signs. (See photo <br /> 1-1-2, 1-1-3, 1-1-4) . <br /> 17658 Site Security. The site had a gate which was locked C <br /> except during operating hours. A <br /> fence surrounded the perimeter of the <br /> site procluding unauthorized access. <br /> 1765T-9 Access Roads. Access roads were smooth and allowed C <br /> good access to the site. <br /> 17660 Internal Roads.' Internal roads were smooth, signed and C <br /> allowed good access to the unloading <br /> areas . <br /> Page No. 3 of 10 Inspector : -V1 <br />
