Carl Maxwell, wore seat belts on the <br /> day of my inspection. <br /> DISPOSAL SITE OPERATIONS. <br /> 17676 Confined The working area was measured to be V <br /> Unloading. 540 feet by 240 feet by the <br /> rangefinder . This area was too large <br /> to control wind blown materials. <br /> Waste was stockpiled to the north of <br /> the working face before being pushed <br /> down the working face to the south. <br /> (See photo I-2-7, I-2-6) . <br /> 17677 Spreading and The waste was spread down the slope C <br /> Compacting . from north to south and was compacted <br /> by many passes by the dozer . <br /> 17678 Slopes and I measured the slope of the working C <br /> Cuts . face to be 15 degrees or a ratio of <br /> 3 : 73:1 by the clinometer .
