Mosbacher, Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB- <br /> CVR) . <br /> Weather: Sunny with a slight breeze <br /> I conducted the second inspection of the subject facility on June <br /> 18, 1987 . I met with Juan Rodriguez, Site Supervisor, Michael <br /> Mosbacher, RWQCB-CVRS and Alan Biedermann, San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District, Environmental Health Division at the site on the <br /> day of my inspection. Michael Mosbacher and I met with Mr . <br /> William Silva, Director , City of Tracy Public Works Department at <br /> his office In Tracy on the morning of my inspection. Results of <br /> the inspection were discussed with both Mr . Silva and Mr . <br /> Biedermann. <br /> Violations of State Minimum Standards are documented below. The <br /> site was found in compliance with all other standards. In <br /> addition, areas of concern are noted as well as corrective <br /> measures implemented since the previous inspection. Photo <br /> documentation is available from the Board upon written request . <br />
