(B & I is currently 3 goptroctq; f9r thq <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under IPA-Contract No. 68-01-7347. <br /> Under our contractual relationship vith BPA, B & I is responsible for <br /> assisting BPA in identifying and investigating potential hagardous vaste <br /> sites. <br /> In accordance vith Section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental <br /> Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CIRCLA or Superfund) <br /> and Section 3007 of the Resource Conversation and Recovery Act of, 1976 <br /> (RCRA), IPA is currently undertaking a nationwide inventory and screening <br /> of sites and facilities where haaardous substances have been dispos 'of <br /> or have otherwise come to be located. The Tracy Municipal Landfill' <br /> facility has been identified on EPA's inventory o s tes as i a <br /> "potential ha$ardous vaste site".
