Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: City of Tracy Landfill - Facility File 39-AA-005 <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> The California waste Management Board (Board) staff conducted the <br /> third investigation of the subject facility on February 26, 1988, <br /> pursuant to Sections 66796. 38 and 66796. 67 (x) of the Government <br /> Code. <br /> Violations of the following State Minimum Standards were <br /> documented during this investigation: <br /> Section 17684 - Intermediate Cover <br /> Section 17751 - Periodic Site Review <br /> Compliance with the leachate standard, Section 17704, will be <br /> determined upon receipt of the groundwater investigation data as <br /> reported to the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The facility was found to be in compliance with all other <br /> applicable State Minimum Standards. <br /> The San Joaquin Local Health District (Local Enforcement Agency) <br /> will continue to monitor the status of the facility through <br /> projected closure. <br /> As a result of your efforts to attain compliance with the State <br /> Minimum Standards, no additional investigations of this facility <br /> by the Board are anticipated until the next investigation cycle <br /> or site closure. We appreciate your cooperation with staff <br /> during the investigation and your efforts in achieving <br /> compliance. <br />
