AIM <br /> Haulers who remove hazardous materials from the <br /> Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill as requested under the <br /> load checking program shall deliver to the City of <br /> Tracy Public Works Department proof (proper documents <br /> and/or manifest) within ten ( 10 ) days that subject <br /> materials were disposed of properly. <br /> ° If prohibited wastes are delivered to the site and <br /> the responsible delivering party cannot or will not <br /> safely remove the waste, the City of Tracy will then <br /> contract with a hazardous waste hauler for removal <br /> and ultimate legal disposal.
