Waste Production <br /> o Describe the specific and general types of hazardous wastes <br /> generated at the facility for each product, process and <br /> maintenance activity and changes therein over time. <br /> o What is the physical state of each waste ( i .e., solid, <br /> powder, sludge, liquid, etc.) . <br /> o What are the quantities of each waste produced per year and <br /> changes therein over time. <br /> VI.
