CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL, BOARD" <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. 76-155 <br /> WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> CORRAL HOLLOW ROAD <br /> CLASS II-2 SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, (hereafter <br /> Board) finds that: <br /> 1. The City of Tracy, Corral Hollow Road submitted a report of waste discharge <br /> dated 29 December 1969 and a site evaluation report dated 28 November 1972. <br /> 2. The City of Tracy discharges Groups 2 and 3 wastes in the SE 1/4 of Section 18, <br /> T3S, R5E, MB&M as shown in Attachment "A" incorporated herein and made part of <br /> this order. <br /> 3. Current plans indicate that 43 acre (17 ha) site will be filled by the cut and <br /> cover method. There is no land use planned for the area after completion of <br /> the fill. <br /> 4. The historic elevation of groundwater is +130 feet (40 m)` USGS Datum, with move- <br /> ment to the northeast. <br /> 5. This disposal site, if properly operated, will meet the criteria contained in <br /> the California Administrative Code, Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 15, for <br /> classification as a Class II-2 Disposal Site suitable to receive Group 2 and <br /> Group 3 wastes. <br /> 6. Surface drainage is to Corral Hollow Creek, an intermittent stream. <br /> 7. Beneficial uses of groundwater are: agricultural and domestic supply. <br /> 8. Land within 1,000 feet (1,610 km) of this site is used for agricultural grazing, <br /> domestic housing, :end a majcr interstate freeway. <br /> 9. The Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Basin was <br /> adopted on 25 July 1975, and this Order implements the water quality objectives <br /> stated in the plan. <br /> 10. The Board has notified the discharger and interested agencies and persons of its <br /> intent to prescribe waste discharge requirements for this existing discharge. <br /> 11. The Board in a public meeting heard and considered all comments pertaining to <br /> the discharge. <br />
