r CITY OF TRACY, CORRAL HOLL OAD <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the City of Tracy, Corral Hollow road, shall comply with <br /> the following: <br /> A. Discharge Specifications <br /> 1. The treatment or disposal of waste shall not cause pollution, or a <br /> nuisance. <br /> 2. Waste materials shall be confined to the designated disposal area shown <br /> on Attachment A. <br /> 3. The disposal area shall be protected from any washout or erosion of wastes <br /> or covering material, and from inundation, which could occur as a result <br /> of floods having a predicted frequency of once in 100 years. <br /> 4. Surface drainage from tributary areas, and internal site drainage from <br /> surface or subsurface sources, shall not contact or percolate through <br /> Group 2 wastes discharged at the site. <br /> 5. Group 1 wastes shall not be deposited at this site. <br /> 5. Non-toxic drilling mud may be disposed of at this site, but shall not be <br /> deposited within the 100 year flood plain. <br /> 7. The disposal of liquids in the landfill shall be approved by the Executive <br /> Officer. The landfilled refuse shall not contain in excess of 10 gallons <br /> (38 1) of liquids per cubic yard of refuse. <br /> 8. Discharge of liquid or solid waste, including leachate, to surface waters <br /> or to surface drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 9. Annually, prior to the anticipated rainfall period, all necessary runoff <br /> diversion channels shall be in place to prevent erosion or flooding of <br /> the site. All surface drainage courses shall be cleaned of paper and <br /> refuse periodically to prevent discharge. <br /> 10. No Group 2 wastes shall be placed in ponded water from any source whatsoever. <br /> 11. The exterior surfaces of the disposal area shall be graded to promote later- <br /> al runoff of precipitation and to prevent ponding. A daily cover shall be <br /> maintained. <br /> 12. The migration of methane gas from the landfill shall be controlled as neces- <br /> sary to prevent creation of a nuisance. <br /> 13. Barriers shall be maintained to prevent blowing paper from leaving the <br /> designated disposal site. <br /> 14. The discharger shall remove and relocate any wastes which are discharged <br /> at this site in violation of these requirements. <br /> 15. The discharge shall not cause a degradation of any water supply. <br /> _ 2 _ <br />
