As
discussed over the telephone, the County will grant you a 3 day
extension to resolve the testing issues. In regard to your letter,
I would like to take issue with some of your statements.
You stated that the county did not assist you to resolve the aste
classification issue. Please remember it was the State inspector
who requested the testing of your waste. The County has granted
you several months to test your product and prove its
classification.
