Box 31075 <br />Tampa, Florida 33631-3075 <br />Re; Celotex Wastes, Corral Hollow Landfill, San Joaquin County <br />As of this date, the Environmental Health Division has not received <br />the test anaylses to properly classify and evaluate celotex waste <br />from the Tracy plant as per our November 20, 1990 letter. Corral <br />Hollow Landfill cannot receive hazardous wastes. The celotex waste <br />generated at the Tracy facility must be tested to determine if it <br />is a hazardous waste using California Health and Safety Code Title <br />22, Article 11. A California state -certified laboratory must <br />perform the analyses on samples representative of the waste stream <br />at the Tracy plant.
