The <br /> order should specify terms and conditions of operation until a <br /> revised SWFP is issued. These terms and conditions can not exceed <br /> the current operational status quo at the site. As discussed in <br /> PEP, the order must include a date-certain for obtaining a revised <br /> SWFP. <br /> As always, this office is available to assist you.
