"Yes" may only be checked <br />in situations where there is substantial evidence to indicate that <br />there may be a significant adverse impact on the environment if <br />there is no change in the proposed project. <br />Following each environmental topic is a discussion section which <br />addresses those checklist items marked "yes" or "maybe." Following <br />the discussion section, proposed mitigation measures are proposed <br />which may be adopted by the Lead Agency to eliminate or reduce to <br />insignificance the identified environmental effects. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST: <br />Yes No Maybe <br />1.
