The proposed project will not pose a threat <br />to water quality, quantity, or drainage if permit requirements <br />are adhered to. <br />MITIGATION MEASURES: The County will continue to monitor the <br />ground and surface water at the site for contamination. <br />Additionally, the drainage system on-site will be continuously <br />monitored and maintained at safe levels. <br />PLANT LIFE - Will the proposed project <br />result in: <br />a. Change in the diversity of species, <br />or number of any species of plants <br />including trees, shrubs, grasses, <br />crops, and aquatic plants? <br />b. Reduction of any numbers of unique, <br />rare, or endangered species of plants? <br />C. Introduction of new species of plants <br />into an area or establishment of a <br />barrier to the normal replenishment of <br />existing species? <br />d.
