Box 1810 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />SUBJECT: Filing of Notice of Determination per Section 21108, 21152, or <br />21080(c) of the Public Resources Code. <br />PROJECT TITLE: CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL INCREASED WASTE QUANTITIES <br />SCH #: 92032019 Contact: Kenneth A. Hill, Environmental Coordinator <br />Phone: (209)468-3071 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Project proposes to increase the permitted volume of <br />solid waste received at the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill from 850 cubic <br />yards per day to 1,200 cubic yards per day. The landfill is not to be <br />increased in size. This means that the remaining life of the landfill will be <br />shortened to accommodate the increased quantities of solid waste. <br />LEAD AGENCY: SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (209) 468-3000 <br />This is to advise that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors has <br />approved the above described project on July 7, 1992 and has made the <br />following determinations: <br />1. The project [_ will, XB will not] have a significant effect on the <br />environment. <br />2._ An Environmental Impact Report was prepared for this project <br />pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br />XX A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to <br />the provisions of CEQA. <br />3.
