I]
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FISH & GAME
.......... 11 ......... .. ,
0Y I 53:4-W-01 -.47 •
De Minimis Impact Finding
Project Title/Location: INCREASED WASTE QUANTITIES AT THE
CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
Project Description: This Project proposes to increase the
permitted volume of solid waste received at the Corral Hollow
Sanitary Landfill from 850 cubic yards per day to 1,200 cubic
yards per day. The landfill is not to be increased in size. This
means that the remaining life of the landfill will be shortened
to accommodate the increased quantities of solid waste.
Findings of Exemption: This Project will not impact any "wildlife
species" per Fish & Game Code Section 711.2. The "Project" is
confined within the existing landfill and therefore will not have
a "significant impact" upon wildlife nor the environment.
certification:
I hereby certify that the Public Agency has made the above
finding and that the project will not individually or
cumulatively have an adverse effect on wildlife resources, as
defined in Section 711.2 of the Fish and Game Code.
DATE: October 19, 1992
HENRY M. HIRATA
Director of Public Works
Environmental Review Officer
,
By: e"t,t,tz-
Kenneth A. Hill
Environmental Coordinator
