Therefore, following is a brief discussion of refuse collection <br /> companies in San Joaquin County. <br /> Residential refuse collection in each Refuse Service Area is performed by private <br /> refuse collection companies that have exclusive franchise agreements with the <br /> County to collect from residences in their area. The current companies are <br /> shown below: <br /> AREA A—Waste Management Services — Lodi <br /> AREA B —Waste Management Services — Lodi <br /> AREA C —Allied Waste, Sunset Services — Stockton <br /> AREA D — Gilton Solid Waste Management— Modesto <br /> AREA E —Waste Management Services - Stockton <br /> AREA F — Delta Disposal Service —Tracy <br /> The above franchised collectors also collect commercial and industrial waste <br /> from the entire unincorporated County. Additionally, the following is a list of other <br /> refuse collectors that are licensed to collect commercial and industrial refuse in <br /> the unincorporated County: <br /> ACES Waste Services, Inc. <br /> California Waste Recovery Systems <br /> Roos Disposal, Inc. <br /> Additionally, the following cities operate municipal fleets which collect <br /> commercial/industrial and residential refuse within their city limits: <br /> City of Manteca <br /> City of Ripon <br /> IV. FACILITIES REQUIRED <br /> Some of the facilities described in this revised NDFE are in the process of <br /> expanding.
