(IMG 8750-3, 8757-8) 20) Found on a MOD floor grate, inside and outside an open cardboard box with what appeared to be plastic trash,dusty and seemingly damaged bottles of White Rain Body Wash (IMG 8756).Adjacent to the body wash was a pallet of cardboard product boxes contaminated with an unknown spilled blue liquid (IMG 8754-5).Another bottle of White Rain Body Wash was found on the floor grate, open and leaking a blue colored liquid body wash (IMG 8764). The spilled blue liquid came from at least three damaged boxes of the White Rain Body Wash, on the upper MOD level (IMG 8833, 8836-7).At least two of the(at least)20 fallen bottles of body wash,were opened and/or missing their cap(IMG 8831-2, 8834-5). 21) Found on the MOD floor grate, at least 10 fallen glass containers of Homesaver Chimney and Fireplace Deodorant,two of which were missing their caps(IMG 8762, 8765-66, 8838-44). Dried spillage was observed on the metal beams beneath the containers of Homesaver Chimney and Fireplace Deodorant(IMG 8767). 22) Found on the MOD floor grate, a bottle of orange Assured Moisturizing Hand Soap leaking through the floor grate to the lower level of the MOD(IMG 8770-1). 23) Found on the MOD floor grate, a damaged bottle of hand soap leaking through the floor grate to the lower level of the MOD (IMG 8774). 24) Found on the floor beneath and adjacent to a metal conveyor belt in the MOD area, at least five open leaking 12 fl oz bottles of Arm& Hammer Ultra Max 3-in-1 Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner(IMG 8775-81). 25) Found on the MOD floor grate, bottles of Klar&Danver pink hand soap were found leaking through the floor grate and onto the metal beams on the lower level of the MOD (IMG 8784-90). 26) Found on the MOD floor grate in between two wooden pallets,several bottles of purple Fabuloso multi-purpose cleaner, one of which appeared empty(IMG 8791-2). 27) Found on the MOD floor grate, an open damaged seemingly empty bottle of Assured Tussin Cough&Chest medicine, missing its cap(IMG 8794-6). 28) Found on the MOD floor grate, an open leaking bottle of green Fresh Apple Dish Soap, missing its cap(IMG 8797-9).Another open bottle of the same dish soap, also missing its cap,was found next to a trash chute in the MOD area(IMG 8800-1). 29) Found on the MOD floor grate, at least three of five bottles of Silkience Salon Series Shampoo had historical leakage(IMG 8802-3). 30) Found on the MOD floor grate, 17 containers of Sure Scents air freshener beads, of which at least one was open and nearly empty(IMG 8804-6).Two damaged open containers of the air freshener beads were found beneath a wooden pallet(IMG 8807).Additionally, another open and partially empty container of the air freshener beads was found on the MOD floor grate(IMG 8808-9). 31) Found on a pallet of cardboard product boxes,several bottles of Arm&Hammer Ultra Max 3-in-1 Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner inside and outside of a damaged cardboard box(IMG 8810).At least two of the bottles were missing their caps and leaking onto the cardboard product boxes (IMG 8811). 33) Found on the MOD floor grate in front of a trash chute, a bottle of LA's Totally Awesome Lemon Ammonia Sudsy Detergent with historical leakage on the outside of the bottle(IMG 8812-5). 34) Found on a pallet of cardboard product boxes,a leaky bottle of Klar&Danver green liquid hand soap(IMG 8816).A nearly empty bottle of the hand soap, missing its pump dispenser,was also found on the MOD floor grate (IMG 8817).Additionally, at least 30 bottles of the hand soap were also found on the MOD floor grate beneath the conveyor belt(IMG 8818, 8824).At least five of the hand soap bottles beneath the conveyor belt were open, leaking, or showed signs of past leakage, and there was leakage on a broken cardboard box(IMG 8818-23).At FA0013602 PR0539024 SCO01 10/14/2019 EHD 22-03 Rev.9/20/2019 Page 28 of 48 RCRA Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR 1868 E.
