• Item #107 - CCR 67100.9 - Failed to prepare and submit a Summary Progress Report every four years. o CORRECTIVE ACTION: ■ Enclosed please find the Summary Progress Reports (EXHIBIT G). • Item #115 - CCR 66262.40(a) - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. o CORRECTIVE ACTION: ■ Hazardous Waste Manifest Records Review • The West Coast DC Regulatory Compliance Specialist conducted a thorough follow up review, on 06/24/2020, of the existing records onsite for the years 2018, 2019 &2020. • All records reviewed are confirmed to be accurate & complete. • Item #116 - CCR 66262.42 - Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements. o CORRECTIVE ACTION: ■ Hazardous Waste Manifest Records Review • The West Coast DC Regulatory Compliance Specialist conducted a thorough follow up review, on 06/24/2020, of the existing records onsite for the years 2018, 2019 &2020. • All records reviewed are confirmed to be accurate & complete. • Item#118 - CCR 66265.16 - Failed to maintain complete hazardous waste training records. o CORRECTIVE ACTION: ■ Hazardous Waste Training Records Review • The West Coast DC Regulatory Compliance Specialist and the West Coast Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Manager conducted onsite hazardous waste training on the following dates: 11/15/2019, 01/29/2020 & 01/30/2020. o Training was provided specifically for the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, Department Leads, Maintenance, Hazardous Waste Technicians, Housekeeping and Human Resources. o Training conducted on 01/29/2020&01/30/2020 encompassed two(2)separate shifts. o Training records for all previously noted dates, as well as any future training, are maintained onsite by the local Human Resources Department. o Training topics included: ■ Proper Hazardous Waste Identification Measures. ■ Steps to ensure proper waste segregation and eliminate co-mingling of incompatible waste streams. ■ Hazardous Waste Containment. ■ Management of the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area (HWAA). ■ Hazardous Waste Outliers.
