Telephone: (209)367-9900 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00053324 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY ARE SELLING PRODUCTS LIKE CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM AT AMBIENT <br /> TEMPERATURE/NOT REFRIGERATED. THEY LEAVE BUCKETS OF SOUR CREAM OUTSIDE ALL DAY AND USE THE <br /> SAME GLOVES FOR EVERY CUSTOMER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was aware of the compliant prior to my investigation. <br /> Per manager,the complaint came to the facility via corporate approximately 2 weeks ago. <br /> I observed the Creameria sour cream trays that are in the display refrigeration case. <br /> Per the manager the sour cream the trays in the display case are cleaned and refilled at approximately 12-1 pm daily. <br /> At that time, the bulk containers of sour cream are brought out from the walk-in refrigerator to refill the trays. <br /> After the trays are refilled the bulk sour cream containers are brought back into the walk-in refrigerator for storage and bulk <br /> sour cream containers do not stay out. <br /> I did not observe"Sour cream at ambient temperature/not refrigerated"at this time. <br /> I discussed glove use with the manager and the meat manager. <br /> Per manager and meat manager gloves are kept in the employees apron pockets and gloves are changed when employee <br /> changes task.The manager demonstrated how gloves are changed. <br /> I discussed proper glove use and hand washing with the managers.
