A full time monitoring of the system will also be available over the <br /> internet via telephone connection. System maintenance and monitoring will occur monthly for <br /> the first year,reduce to quarterly or less provided the system is performing adequately. <br /> Additional details will be provided in the complete package. <br /> Neil O. Anderson&Associates, Inc. has an understanding with Oranco to become a Designer, <br /> Builder, and Maintainer of the AdvanTex Systems for this area. Though we chose not to apply to <br /> be a dealer, we will be supported fully by the Oranco Systems engineering department and have <br /> direct access to the factory for parts supplies. <br /> Our office is working on the package of information you requested. We expect that it may take a <br /> few more weeks before it will be ready to submit and will most likely take additional time while <br /> being reviewed by EHD.
