The phase divison of River Islands was most recently updated in the spring of 2020. This division has <br /> thus changed since the writing of the River Islands Phase 1 Stormwater Mitigation report. The `original <br /> one" shown in Figure 1-2 shows how the Phase division was prior to this most recent change. This <br /> version is a better representation of the stormwater areas since the contributary areas for each lakes are <br /> contained within the same Phase as the lake itself. This version is hereafter refereed to as the stormwater <br /> phase division. Figure 1-3 shows the Phase 1/Phase 2 divison when the residental development in <br /> northern part of Phase 1 Stage 2B has been moved to Phase 2. This is the official Phase 1/Phase 2 <br /> boundary but does not have the contributary drainage area for each lake in the same phase as the lake <br /> itself.
