River Islands Development at Lathrop January 2021 <br /> FINAL River Islands Non-Potable Water Technical Report Rev 2 #6520 <br /> 6 Preliminary Improvement Implementation Schedule <br /> 6.1 Preliminary Improvement Implementation Schedule <br /> The River Islands NPW demands should be regularly monitored to help update and confirm the installed <br /> distribution system can reliable meet the system demands. The design of improvements should begin <br /> when the installed system has reached 60-80 percent of its rated capacity, depending on the complexity of <br /> the improvement. As described in Section 3.1,the River Islands NPW distribution system will be designed <br /> to provide a firm pumping capacity capable of supplying NPW under PMIDs over a daily 8-hour irrigation <br /> window. <br /> Construction of River Islands is estimated to be completed by 2040, and will continue to be constructed <br /> over separate stages. Based on conversations and planning documents provided by River Islands, Table <br /> 6-1 & Table 6-2 shows the preliminary construction schedule of the River Islands development and the <br /> associated PMIDs for each associated time period. Table 6-3, shows the minimum recommended <br /> improvement implementation schedule to allow for the NPW distribution system to adequately service the <br /> developments NPW irrigation demands. <br /> 26 <br />
