r� <br /> City of Lathrop Travel Demand Model and VMT Methodology <br /> October 28, 2020 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> Model Scenarios <br /> The City of Lathrop Travel Demand Model was derived from the San Joaquin Council of Governments <br /> (SJCOG) Regional Three County (San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced) Travel Demand Model. As <br /> shown in Figure 1, the City of Lathrop Travel Demand Model encompasses the City of Lathrop, the <br /> City of Manteca,the City of Ripon,and some unincorporated areas of San Joaquin County.The model <br /> area is roughly bounded by French Camp Road in the north, MacArthur Drive in the west, Murphy <br /> Road in the east, and Kasson Road and the Stanislaus River in the south. Two model scenarios <br /> representing the Base Year Scenario and Cumulative Year Scenario for the City of Lathrop are <br /> described below. <br /> Figure 1.
