The operator has expressed interest in using concrete blocks as monuments instead. The <br /> concrete blocks are heavy enough that they will not move along the ground. <br /> 2. Upon next quaterly inspection, implement a method that ensures that the 7 circular monuments do not <br /> move along the ground or utilize the concrete blocks as monuments. If another method for lateral <br /> measurements is desired, contact the Environmental Health Department(EHD)for approval. <br /> x 17867(a)(5)-Unauthorized Access <br /> Comments: Progress on the installation of the perimeter fencing has been made since the previous quaterly <br /> inspection (12/15/10). <br /> 1. During the previous quaterly inspection the poles for the fencing on the east side were all put up, but the <br /> chain link fencing was only partially complete. During this inspection,the chain link fencing was complete <br /> all along the east side. <br /> 2. Continue with the fencing on all four sides of the property in order to provide site security and prevent <br /> unauthorized access to the facility. <br />
