} <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the newly <br /> deposited greenwaste. <br /> 2. The fly and odor population was light. <br /> 3. Records were available for review. <br /> 4. The activities on site were creating dust. Operator was instructed to use the onsite <br /> water truck to minimize the amount of dust created. <br /> 5. During the complaint inspection, it was observed that Frewert Road, near the site,was <br /> covered with mud from vehicles leaving the site. The operator was instructed to maintain <br /> the cleaning of the road near the site. During this inspection, the road was clean and <br /> free of mud. The operator said that regular cleaning of the road near the site will be <br /> done. Update the RCSI to reflect this addition to the operation. <br /> 6. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 71 F to 73 F and 85 F <br /> to 114 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 85 F to 148 F. The <br /> temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 95 F to <br /> 109 F and 138 F to 146 F respectively. The temperature of the overs,wood material <br /> pile and ground wood material (hogfuel)pile was 82 F, 66 F, and 82 F respectively. <br />
