LINDSAY <br /> We discussed the water leaking under the house. He said a few weeks ago the <br /> pipes were clogged and water was flowing up from the showers. Since then the <br /> property management had someone out and observed the corroded pipes and it <br /> has been fixed. He said that the airducts were laying on the water under the house <br /> and those are soaked now. He said the kitchen and laundry greywater leak under <br /> the house and that is it. No sewage. <br /> Then we discussed the heat. He said that they were having issues with the heat. <br /> Two different companies came out to assess the heat and one opened the air duct <br /> in the attic which concerns the complainant since he has seen mouse droppings <br /> and is concerned the mouse will go into the duct. Complainant has children in the <br /> dwelling. Complainant has called property management about this but they have <br /> not had anyone out since the accessments and have not returned their phone call. <br /> Complainant has also tried to contact owner, but has not been successful. <br /> Informed complainant of going out to do an inspection and if there is no heat then <br /> a notice to vacate would have to be issued. Complainant states he is at the point <br /> of fixing it himself but the property management hasn't gotten back to him. I let <br /> him know I could send a letter to the owner about the alleged complaint and call <br /> the property management to inform them of the serious housing violations. <br /> Informed complainant I would call him next week if I do not hear back from the <br /> property management. <br /> Printed parcel viewer and checked permits plus. No open permits at this time. <br /> 12/29/2020 Completed alleged housing letter to the property owner for water leaking under LINDSAY <br /> house, possibly sewage.
