Contacted Jesse with LINDSAY <br /> Solid Waste and informed him that I would ask the owner to enter the property and <br /> do an inspection of the alleged complaint. Jesse said he would like to attend since <br /> he has had trouble getting on the property. He asked if CDD had got on the <br /> property yet but I am unsure. I called Juanita with CDD and left a voicemail asking <br /> if they got on the property. <br /> Checked permits plus, no permits have been pulled for alleged building being built <br /> on property. <br /> Called owner and discussed alleged complaint. He was not happy. We discussed <br /> him building a porch and enclosing it, and how he needs to pull a permit. He felt <br /> defeated as he said he can't do much with the property since it used to be landfill <br /> and everyone keeps complaining. I informed him that our solid waste unit would <br /> know more about what he can and cannot do with an old landfill. I basically told <br /> him that since we keep receiving complaints and going out to post an RV notice to <br /> abate that maybe it would be best to conduct an inspection and discuss the <br /> violations on site. He was hesistant but I told him that it would be easier for <br /> everyone to point items out that are violations and then if we receive another <br /> complaint we can close the complaint because we know you corrected it or give <br /> him a call instead of posting out of the blue. He agreed. <br /> We set up an appointment for 9 am on November 9th but then adjusted it to 10 <br /> am so Robert McClellon could come. Coordinated with solid waste to have them <br /> come to the inspection. <br /> CDD called me back and informed me that they have not gone out yet.
