Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 <br /> COMPLAINT ID: CO0052836 Site Location: 21800 S MANTECA RD <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 11/09/2020 Complaint Investigation with Solid Waste and CDD. LINDSAY <br /> Met new owner on property. Walked through property and observed abandoned <br /> recreational vehicles on site. He pointed out the one recreational vehicle that has <br /> connections to septic and electrical. Informed him that is not allowed. Kept walking <br /> the property. Observed farm animals in the back left corner, observed lots of cargo <br /> containers, observed junk and debris, tires, tractors, and another recreational <br /> vehicle occupied. Informed tenant why we were there and that since this used to <br /> be a landfill we will be asking the tenants to leave the property at some point. I <br /> posted the one recreational vehicle with connections with a sewage disposal <br /> notice to abate, and a recreational vehicle notice to abate. Posted a porch with an <br /> overhang that is being enclosed with a notice to abate and gave them 30 days to <br /> convert it to 120 square feet. No demolish permit needed per CDD. Took photos. <br /> 11/16/2020 Created photo log for sewage disposal, recreational vehicle, and notice to abate. LINDSAY <br /> Printed two copies and attached to complaint and one to be mailed to owner. <br /> Put on filing cabinet to be reviewed by Scott. <br /> 11/16/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE, SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO BALLWAHN <br /> ABATE,AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE NOTICE TO ABATE,ALL WITH <br /> PHOTO LOGS, DATED 11/09/2020 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> ATTN: TIMOTHY RYKEN <br /> 22637 SIXTH ST <br /> HAYWARD CA 94541 <br /> 12/21/2020 Received photos from owner showing the recreational vehicle violations are LINDSAY <br /> abated. Printed photos and attached to complaint. <br /> Responded to owner asking about the notice to abate for the enclosed porch. <br /> 01/11/2021 Texted owner asking if the enclosed porch violation was taken care of. LINDSAY <br /> Recreational vehicle notice to abate is abated, but notice to abate for enclosed <br /> porch is still open. Need photos showing walls are taken down. <br /> Owner called and texted me back. He said, Jose from code enforcement stated it <br /> was okay to have a 10 by 12 foot enclosed. I agreed. I asked if he could send a <br /> photo and he said he could by the end of the week. <br /> Received photos of porch walls taken down to a 10 by 12 foot enclosement. <br /> Recommend to abate complaint as office response only.
