All appeared to have violations. I was unable to conduct an <br /> inspection as the tenants did not want me taking pictures and did not speak <br /> english. I asked if the owner or the property manager was around and they said <br /> no. There were around 8 to 10 dogs. I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out.
