Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 <br /> COMPLAINT ID: CO0051006 Site Location: 13062 E JOCHER RD <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 05/12/2020 Visited the property with Aldara for a complaint investigation. When we arrived we SUSZYCKI <br /> knocked on the door of the single family dwelling but no one answered. I observed <br /> that the roof was in a dilapidated state but the rest of the home appeared to be <br /> maintained. There are several mobile homes on the property and we spoke to the <br /> occupant of one of them. She only spoke Spanish so Aldara translated. As we <br /> were speaking to her the owner, arrived and we told him why we <br /> were there. He told us that the prope y is a hog ranch and gave us his business <br /> card and number lives in the single family dwelling. He <br /> told me that some s supposed to come out next month and fix the roof. I also <br /> asked him about a power box that appeared to be for the mobile homes. The <br /> power box had hazardous and exposed wiring. He told me that he was going to <br /> have an electrician repair it as soon as the COVID-19 shelter in place is over. The <br /> owner was very cooperative. <br /> I filled out a Notice to Abate for the roof and power box. I gave a correct by date of <br /> 8/13/2020. The Notice was posted to the front of the single family dwelling. <br /> 05/13/2020 Uploaded pictures from my complaint investigation and used them to create a SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic log. <br /> 05/18/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE AND PHOTO LOGS DATED 05/12/2020 BALLWAHN <br /> TO PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> JAMES MICHAEL SILVA, ETAL <br /> 23233 N JACK TONE RD <br /> ACAMPO CA 95220-9123 <br /> 08/19/2020 Looked up the property on Permits Plus and saw that a permit was issued to SUSZYCKI <br /> repair the electric box on July 23rd, 2020. <br /> 09/08/2020 Called 'and asked for an updated. He told me that they have SUSZYCKI <br /> a new power po and electrical b -le stated that they are just waiting on PG&E <br /> to activate it and final the permit. also said that the roof will be done in <br /> about 2 weeks. <br /> 01/07/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked the property up on Permits Plus. The permit SUSZYCKI <br /> for the electrical has still not be finaled. <br /> I called the owner and left a message that we need to have that permit finaled by <br /> next week or we will have to start a case. <br /> 01/13/2021 Visited the property as I had yet to hear back fro When I arrived I saw the SUSZYCKI <br /> roof repaired and the electric box had been work e o posted the property with a <br /> Notice and Order to Abate for the electric box due to the fact that the owner was <br /> given an excessive amount of time to have the box finaled. <br /> See PR0546458. <br /> 01/25/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546458, redacted the personal information, and SUSZYCKI <br /> turned it in for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
