Tenant/her brother, Mir Raza SANGALANG <br /> 510-366-0640, was also on the line. <br /> 07/30/2020 Scott received a call from the tenant stating we sent the alleged letter to the LINDSAY <br /> house. He wanted an inspection done. Scott asked me to call him. <br /> I called the complainant Wais Raza, 209-456-3594 and left a voicemail. <br /> 08/07/2020 Complaint Investigation with tenant. LINDSAY <br /> Tenant is complaining about water damage from a few months ago and how mold <br /> is causing him problems. Observed carpet in bedroom to have stains and flooring <br /> to be warped. Observed baseboards with water stains. Observed small amount of <br /> mold in bathroom. Took photo and discussed events with tenant <br /> Tenant moved in May 1st. <br /> May 11th they had surfacing water and possible sewage. Owner had it cleared and <br /> fixed, he replaced wood paneling. <br /> Second surface was in July. The owner had a plumber come out and said the <br /> pipes were clogged. He fixed it but did not replace the flooring that got damaged. <br /> Now the tenants concern is the mold growth from the water damaged flooring <br /> since he has health conditions. Wrote a Notice to Abate to replace carpet in <br /> bedroom, test flooring for mold and either replace or repair flooring, baseboards <br /> and deep clean bathroom. <br /> 08/10/2020 Uploaded and printed photo log for Notice to Abate for single family dwelling.
