LINDSAY <br /> They stated that they had the new AC unit put in and gave the tenant a 24 hour <br /> notice. They said that since the AC unit was outside of the property they did not <br /> have to go inside but the vendor who put the AC unit in needed to go inside at <br /> some point to check the ducts to sign off the permit. So they have been trying to <br /> contact the tenant to let the vendor in to sign off the permit but she said she does <br /> not like the vendor and will not let them in. Then Star Properties received another <br /> work request for new water heater, sprinklers, and something else. They wanted <br /> to inform me as the tenant stated they are getting a lawyer involved. I let them <br /> know we received another complaint and informed them of the complaint of no hot <br /> water, carpets are old and dirty, and patio has nails sticking out. I discussed the <br /> complaint and let STAR properties know I am mostly concerned about the no hot <br /> water. They said they have emailed her four times to try to figure out the hot water <br /> situation but she has not gotten back to them and they are concerned since winter <br /> is coming she will not have hot water nor heat due to the HVAC permit not being <br /> finalized. I let them know I would call the tenant, listen to her side, try to find a <br /> middle ground, and possibly a joint inspection. <br /> Called complainant, left a voicemail. Received a missed call from complainant but <br /> phone rang once and I did not pick up fast enough, no voicemail was left. <br /> Called complainant back after lunch and left a voicemail stating I received the <br /> missed call and will be near my phone for the remainder of the day. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2 <br />
