Also, <br /> previous records submitted in CERS for this equipment identifies the maximum amount of helium stored in this <br /> equipment as 30,590 cubic feet. Accordingly,this material is required to be reported and a Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Plan must be submitted in CERS,the California Hazardous Materials Reporting System. <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance may <br /> be billed at$152 an hour. <br /> As of September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
