I informed her of the alleged PEDRAZA <br /> complaint. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE <br /> GRAB THEIR DRINK CUP FROM THE TOP INSIDE OF THE CUP. THEY DID <br /> NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES BEFORE DOING SO. The manager was not <br /> aware of this complaint. <br /> The manager discussed the process of preparing and serving the soda. The soda <br /> is poured by mechanical system. The employees then put the lid on the cup and <br /> hands it out to the customer. The cup is handled after it is covered and fingers <br /> should not be go in the cup. Gloves are worn by employees and are changed <br /> whenever necessary, or if the glove is contaminated. The employees at the <br /> service window handle food only. Money is handled at the first window only. <br /> Currently the process of preparing and servicing the soda is proper. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
