THEY DID NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES BEFORE DOING SO. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7. <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with the manager. I informed her of the alleged complaint. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY <br /> WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE GRAB THEIR DRINK CUP FROM THE TOP INSIDE OF THE CUP. THEY DID NOT CHANGE <br /> THEIR GLOVES BEFORE DOING SO. The manager was not aware of this complaint. <br /> The manager discussed the process of preparing and serving the soda. The soda is poured by mechanical system. The <br /> employees then put the lid on the cup and hands it out to the customer. The cup is handled after it is covered and fingers <br /> should not be go in the cup. Gloves are worn by employees and are changed whenever necessary, or if the glove is <br /> contaminated. The employees at the service window handle food only. Money is handled at the first window only. <br /> Currently the process of preparing and servicing the soda is proper. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
