OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS: <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP'F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, it is observed that the facility is serving guests inside of the facility but at every other booth and all waitresses are <br /> wearing a mask at this time. I asked to speak to a manager on site,in which I was told there is no manager on site at this <br /> time. I then asked to speak to a person in charge,in which someone came forth stating they are in charge for the time being. I <br /> explained the nature of the complaint, reminded the staff of the state mandate to not allow indoor dining at this time and <br /> asked if I can observed how the staff prepare or handle the prepared food.The person in charged invited me to conduct my <br /> inspection and to alert them if anything is not in compliance.
