Reviewed manifests received on 4/15/2020 from Carolyn FLORIDO <br /> Godwin. The manifest appeared to be signed by Carolyn Godwin where the <br /> designated facility is supposed to sign. Emailed Caroly and CC'd Stephen Jiang, <br /> notifying them to contact the companies that transported the waste or the <br /> designated facilities to obtain a copy of the manifests signed off by the designated <br /> facility. I also requested the receipt of recycling for the diesel tank to be submitted. <br /> Received several of the designated facility manifests from Carolyn via email. The <br /> designated facility copy of manifest 021323914JJK and the recycling receipt for <br /> the diesel tank are still needed. Carolyn stated she waiting on a response from <br /> Ramos Oil. <br /> 07/07/2020 Reviewed narrative. FLORIDO <br /> 07/07/2020 Review of paperwork received on 7/1/20 from Carolyn for the recycled diesel tank. FLORIDO <br /> 07/17/2020 Emailed and left Carolyn Godwin a voice message (209-937-8298), requesting FLORIDO <br /> she clarify where on the paperwork she sent me on 7/1/20 is the information <br /> regarding where the diesel tank was taken for recycling. <br /> Received the bill of lading for the recycling of the empty diesel tank from Carolyn. <br /> 07/17/2020 Printed and organized complaint documentation and email correspondences. FLORIDO <br /> 11/18/2020 Reviewed complaint documentation. Printed a copy of signed manifest FLORIDO <br /> 021323914JJK from DTSC's Hazardous Waste Tracking System. Generated <br /> photo log with my photos taken on 2/25/2020. Printed and organized complaint <br /> documentation according to new complaint abatement procedures, and submitted <br /> to Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, for abatement. <br /> 12/16/2020 Reviewed narrative and emails received from Carolyn Godwin. Updated my FLORIDO <br /> 3/26/20 narrative, per Elena Manzo's, Ld Sr REHS, request. <br /> 01/06/2021 Reviewed and completed complaint documentation revisions from Elena Manzo, FLORIDO <br /> Ld Sr REHS.
